New BB

Hi,
Need to replace the BB on my hardtail - a lot of play in it. I'm pretty sure this is what's currently on it:

A couple of questions:
- can you get other BB's that would fit the bike or am I limited to this one? I only ask because the reviews don't seem great.
- this one comes with 2 threads: 68/73mm - English Thread or 70mm - Italian Thread - how do I know which one to go with? The bike is a Sunn Prim S2 with Truvativ Firex 3.2 22/32/44 chainset.
- lastly, how hard would it be to change a BB? never done it before, but getting reasonably confident around the bike so would like to give it a go.

if it is a GXP BB you must use a GXP compatible BB.
it will not be italian.
