Looking for a winter frame

I know it's summer and one of the nicest we've had in years but I am now looking for a training frame.
I want something slightly more unique than a ribble so that is out of the question.
budget should be somewhere around £300 although I can spend more
looking at the following:
Kinesis t2/tk3/convert
Gianni Motta primo
Dolan preffisio
are there many other options.
I could buy another cross frame to give me a spare as well as have something to train on.
Please shout out any suggestions.

I'm currently building up a Kinesis T2 in all black.
Other bikes that have not been mentioned are the Spa Audax if you want something that's steel, low and long. There's also the Moda Bolero.0 -
From experience the Tifosi CK7 is a great commuter/ winter bike and won a winter bike test in C+ a while back, for looks though i'm liking the Kinesis as per Crispyapps's recent post.

Just bought a Kinesis TK3 frameset and building it as we speak.
Very impressed with finish and frame.0 -
Chinese carbon would be my obvious choice.0

Have a look on there for some great bargains.
Completed the build at the end of April and rode the Etape Caledonia on it - very pleased. Now using it as an all year bike - guards to be fitted come the autumn.

I've had a Tk for 6 years and it's been the perfect winter bike. It was at the time designed specifically as a winter training bike. Clearance for 25mm tyres with full mudguards, but still quite a stretched out racy frame. (The later Tk2 and Tk3 revisions firstly saw the headtube get a bit taller and then become tapered to accommodate a larger lower bearing / beefier fork)
Genesis equilibrium would be my other suggestion if you're not overly worried about weight. Lovely ride and I just love that burnt orange paint job.0 -
Dolan were selling off ex-display Pref's for £80 (frame only) in certain sizes, was the obvious choice for me due to cheapness. Supposed to ride nice according to everything I've read from owners on here.0
