Servicing TST 5 Marzocchi forks

I have a pair of these from 2007 and they need a service. I would like to do this myself but do not have a clue where to start (apart from just dropping the air pressure and just start undoing the various bolts. I last serviced my elastomer forks many years ago.

I have emailed Marzocchi about servicing and spare, but had no reply. Does anyone have any ideas, manuals or YT vids?
