Roof rack / boot carrier

Hi,

Looking to get a roof rack or something on the end of the boot to take my bike on holiday.

Any recommendations on what I should get? I don't want to get something cheap and nasty that falls off on the motorway ...

    I just got a cheap rack and two roof mounted carriers from roofbox.co.uk or whatever they're called, £95 all in which I thought was good value.

    Not the slickest racks in the world to operate but solid once it's on. If I was taking my bike away every week I'd want something better but like you this is for high days and holidays and they do the job fine.
