Jagwire Road set - Gears, Brakes or both included?

Hi guys,

I am after a set of Jagwire cables, and was all set to buy a set of what I was fairly sure were both gear and brake cables from Tredz.

The same product on Wiggle is £6 more, but as I read it, it states it is for both gears and brakes, so should surely come with 4 cables?

I was unsure from the description on Tredz, so e-mailed them to check, and they have replied to say it is for either Gears or Brakes, not both.
I have mailed back again for clarification, and providing the Wiggle link, but just wondered if anyone on here knew?

    Tredz can't be right (and that wouldn't surprise me) as gear and brake cables are different thicknesses.

    I've recently bought on of those and it contained brake and gear cables and outers for both.

    Thanks for the confirmation, I think they are wrong too, and yes of course they would be 4mm or 5mm!
    I am awaiting a flubit offer for that set from Tredz hopefully today.

    Were you pleased with the quality of your set?

    Yes. I've the titanium ones on my commuter. No stretch yet, good outers that were easy to cut without compressing and the cables didn't fray when installing.

    Huzzah, Tredz have checked physical stock, and confirmed that it comes with all 4 cables :mrgreen:
