Spraying a frame - tried Rustoleum?

My last attempt at spraying some steel forks has left me with a shoddy rusting finish. I'm not too fussy about the smoothness of the job, is Rustoleum worth a look? Do I need to prime (the website instructions are pretty unhelpful)?

    Aren't they the guys that sponsored Lighting McQueen the 4 time Piston Cup winner?

    If its good enough for him then I'd say its good enough for a set of bicycle forks.

    don't know about Rustoleum but you should always prime before spraying
