Zefal Artica water bottle

I have just bought a Zefal Artica water bottle from Decathlon for 7 quid.It holds 700ml and says it helps keeps drinks colder for longer much like a Thermos.
As yet i haven't tried it,but has anyone else used them.Do you chill or freeze your drinks beforehand and just chuck in some ice cubes if going out for a couple of hours.Nothing beats a nice cold drink when it is hot,much better than warm or luke warm drinks.

You may be right,i dont know for sure,either way i would still rather drink a cold one than a warm one.Cannondale CAAD 8 105

I put 2 bottles in the fridge before riding on really hot days.
One bottle for drinking, the other for pouring cold water down my back on really long climbs.
