Handlebar Extenders

My Cyclocross bike comes with brake levers on the top of the bars and leaves me with no room for lights/computer etc.

What Handlebar extenders do people use? Any pics would help too

    Minoura Space grip or take the brake levers off. Another option is an accessory bar that clamps onto the steerer in place of 30mm of aheadset spacers from SJSC.
    I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.
