Great Langdale - RAF to the rescue..

On Sunday we went to conquer Pike of Blisco and The Band, we made it to the top of Blisco (hour and 1/2 hike) but didn't quite make it down in one piece...
One of the lads went OTB and headbutted a rock, knocked himself out. Mountain Rescue came to our aid (Langdale Ambleside Mountain Rescue Team did an amazing job, got to us in no time at all!).
He's fine, got kept in overnight and was given the all clear and was discharged on Monday. The Mountain Rescue, Air Ambulance and RAF all did a fantastic job, massive respect to all of them!
