Rotors Compatibility

I just wanted to ask are the rotors compatible across the disc brakes range (Shimano) ? Will SLX brakes work with XTR rotors etc. ?

  There are commonly two different fittings. Shimano centre lock and 6 bolts.

  Planet X Kaffenback 2
  Giant Trance X2
  Genesis High Latitude 2x10
  Planet X n2a
  Genesis Core 20
