Was out on a ride today and happened to catch up with a fellow cyclist. As we stood at the lights we got chatting and ended up doing about 22miles before our cheerio. It made for a pleasant ride in what were changeable conditions.

So if you're reading this Lewis, cheers fella and hope you got home safe.

ive made a couple of friends on my daily commute so if we meet we usually end up spinning together and chatting along the route. makes a nice change.
