Ordered a Giant XTC 29er and got told it would be delivered with in 2 weeks, 6 weeks later still no bike.
Been in touch with Giant uk, and they can't give me a delivery date or offer me anything else. Really brassed off with them. By the time it comes the 2014 range will be out and summer will be over

    then cancel the order and get something else.

    moaning on the internet will not get you a bike.

    Can't see them making any more for this model year, they'll be onto the 2014 bikes now so if you really want an XTC now you'll have to ring around bike shops looking for stock.

    Had similar this time last year when looking for a Giant Defy road bike. Dealers all said that unless anyone had one in stock then I'd have to wait until approx September when next years models would begin coming in.
    I'm not getting old... I'm just using lower gears......

    Had the same problem last year when waiting for mine ordered October 11 arrived March 12, they just can't keep up with the supply, they need to stop changing the models every year
