Has anyone used this online shop and if so what was your experience?
Some good prices but the no response to emails so I'm hesitant to order...

    Phone them up and tell them that you want to order but are concerned that they are not replying to emails, that's what Id do... it might put your mind at rest if you decide to order and you can start by saying you're calling to check they actually have stock of what you want to order.

    This is a "real" bikeshop (based in Andover) as opposed to an online retailer. I've bought loads of stuff in the shop before and they've always been really good. As above, I would imagine a quick phonecall will get you the answer you need
