Looking for a (really!) cheap frame

I've bought my first road last year. Full carbon with Ultegra groupset which completely suits my preferences. I want to have another bike though. It should be really cheap. I don't want to worry riding it in bad weather. It should be simply my second bike when I for some reasons don't want to (or can't) use the first one.
Do you know where I can buy a really cheap alu frame or frameset? I do understand that I shouldn't expect much but I still would like it be worth its price.

Some very good frames by Dolan. Can even pick up a frame and fork full carbon for 3990 -
Both Dolan and Dolomite seem to be what I'm looking for. Thanks. Are there any more I should consider?
And what do you think of this one? http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Mode ... elID=927220 -
Planet x aluminium frame. No personal experience but a few members on here have one.

Or Ribble do a few cheap frames. again I haven't ridden one but go out on any UK club run in winter and at least a couple of people will have one of these.
