Inner tube sizes/tyre sizes

I've just got some narrower slick tyres for my MTB - 1.5". I need narrower inner tubes to go with these - will Schwalbe 1.5"-2.5" do the job OK, or do I want tubes at the narrower end of what fits?

I'm not concerned about weight here - a heavy steel frame, so a few grams of extra rubber makes no odds...

    If it's a 1.5 on the tube, it'll fit a 1.5 tyre.

    1.5" - 2.5" tubes will fit any tyre that is between 1.5 and 2.5"
