plus it means i can change decals whenever i feel like it

Bike is finally finished
Its been a labour of love, but ultimately worth it

Frame - 2009 Specialized FSR XC w custom paint job (Ultra Marine Blue) & decals (from DHfive)
Forks - 2011 Rockshox Sektor RL 15QR (reduced to 130mm)
Shock - 2012 Fox RP23 w Kashima
Headset - Cane Creek S3
Wheels - Superstar Switch hubs on AM490 rims
Tyres - Maxxis Minion DHF Single ply Wire bead Maxxpro 60a
Stem - Easton Havoc (90mm, 5 degree rise)
Bars - Answer Pro Taper AM (shortened to 710mm)
Grips - Superstar
Brakes - Formula Oro K18 with ti bolts (160mm both ends)
Shifter - Shimano XT (M770) (RHS only)
Crankset - Shimano SLX (running 1x9)
Pedals - Gusset Pinheads
Chain Guard - Superstar XCR BB mount
Rear Mech - Shimano XT 9 speed (M770)
Cassette - Shimano SLX (HG80)
Seatpost - Rockshox Reverb
Seat - Charge Spoon

Whilst i think the pedals look quite good (now they are clean), they will be going. Apart from that im pretty chuffed with it.

in the same chrome colour as the Giant ?
will find out later how its turned out. i think more people should personalise their bikes in this way so when you turn up at trail centres you dont see 10 other people on the same bike.Viner Salviati

I new your bike would look the part when you finished it and those yellow decals and gold bars certainly are great contrast with the blue .You must treat others with respect in order to be respected ..

first proper ride today at Cannock. Sessioned the Monkey for a couple of hours.
I adjusted the sag last night to 20% from around 27%. Made a massive difference to the way the bike pedalled. Needed some more rebound adjustment, but once i had it dialled in it just felt right.
Fork def needs the RCT3 damper tho as it was struggling after multiple hits
Apart from that, i am tres happy 0 -

Some updates to the Spesh (some were actually done last year)
How it looks now
Changes made to suspension
Travel increased to 140mm. RLT comp damper and dual flow rebound damper fitted (which you obviously cant see from this angle). Also removed the Sektor decals for some generic RS decals. The forks are no longer Sektors, but not really Revs either, so it seemed appropriate.
PUSH tuning for the shock
This is probably the best upgrade ive done to this bike. Totally changed the way it handled. Worth every penny.
180mm rotors (for the next trip to Antur)
E13 chainguide, E13 34T chainring and Superstar nano pedals (looking a bit mashed now)

Some titanium damper goodness arrived this morning
Blackbox compression damper. I was under the impression that the RLT has a HS circuit, but after much discussion with Supersonic and Jairaj, it would seem that it does not...
Forks and shock need an oil change, so will be fitting at the weekend0 -
