post mount question

if i have for instance a 6" rotor mount on my fork how do i go up to 8"
I rode what you dug last summer

    You buy an 8 and fit it.

    buy an adaptor. 6" to 8"

    Yes, right disc, right adapator, fit.
    Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.
