Trival n+1 conundrum

So, I'm going to retire my USA made CAAD9 to my girlfriend's place out of town and that leaves a spare place in my bike store.
I love my CAADX, I love it with fat tyres on to ride along muddy paths and stuff, and I love it with narrow tyres on to burn people up along the Embankment.
However, changing tyres is a bit of a pain, so I either end up burning rubber coming along the embankment with me fat tyres on, or slip sliding on canal tow paths with me skinnies on.
Is it acceptable for me to buy another CAADX so I can have one with fat tyres on and one with thin tyres?

Sometimes I think people on this forum are a bit slow, you're only getting half the answer...
Definitely new wheels (I have several sets for my CX). This will allow you to use your favourite bike on and off road, AND leave enough space in your bike store for another bike (CAAD10 if you want to retain the brand loyalty)...Pannier, 120rpm.0
