Frame crack or not?

Hey

I crashed on my mtb and this crack came from the handle bar hitting the top tube.

So I'm not sure if it just the top lays or a real crack on the frame, I can't feel any indented on the crack other that ofc the crack it self.

    looks like impact damage.

    So would I be able to get it repaired or not? if anyone knows

    Anything is repairable, not always worth the cost though.....
    Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.
