Sciatic Nerve

Hey guys

Been getting quite a bit of pain all the way down my right leg for quite some time now. Goes all the way from my butt down to my ankle and foot.

I'm guessing I have a pinched Sciatic Nerve, does anybody have any advice on how I should self-treat it? Any good stretches or exercises that could help?

    See a physio and make sure its not what is sometimes called false sciatica - similar symptoms but an inflamed/trapped nerve in eth piriformis(?) muscle. DIY treatment before a diagnosis when its in your back is not a good idea....

    Rather than asking random strangers on the internet, have you not thought of seeking a qualified medical opinion?
