Hi All

Bottom bracket has disintegrated on my mates cheapy bike and needs replacing, it's Truvitav brand and 118mm spindle.

It does mention spaces-
68m shell use spacer to the right
68mm w/e e-type der or chainguide - no spacer
73mm shell - no spacer

Here's a pic -

He has an ISIS bb not a power spline bb.

Any ISIS 118mm bb to fit the shell width of the frame will do.

  • As 'nicklouse' says. This is an ISIS bottom bracket.

You wont find much cheaper. ISIS Bottom Brackets are a flawed design. The small ball bearings mean they fail on a regular basis after very short mileage.
