Black/white and grey/white are my favorites of the current colours... might need some convincing on black/yellow but look forward to seeing the new colours.

I got a T5 in grey and white a few weeks ago and I have to say it is a quality bit of kit. Really well made, very comfy, useful pockets and looks superb. It could be worn quite respectably off the bike too which is a bonus. Looking at the big brand alternatives the price was actually very competetive.

I'll be after one of the short sleeve jerseys soon - assuming this winter ever ends!

Looks good value and if its the same materials as Rapha and Shutt it will be a winner.

Unless mistaken they are not British made, which Shutt are. Shutt get all their stuff made in the UK. Their bibs are fantastic too although too close in price to Assos.

How is the warranty? I had a jersey from Shutt that after 4 years of abuse failed in one of the pockets and the guys at Shutt sent me a brand new one for free and let me keep the old one?

Are Rapha still on your a$$es re copyright? Did adding a second zip pocket mean you could get away with it?

I have Torm, rapha and Colomba jerseys. Colomba are the best, with the highest amount of wool in the mix. Torm are ok, pockets could be wider, the fabric could be thicker in the long sleeve jerseys, but for the price they are good value and good quality

I have a couple of the base layers and they are good quality and fit! Looking at getting a couple of short sleeved jersey's now the sun is coming out, does anyone know if they size up the same, or are the jersey's a little bigger?

Me and Al have our SportWool made to order by a specialist company in Denmark as it is not made in the UK, as do most SportWool clothing manufacturers.

Our warranty includes the usual wear and tear considerations but if its faulty...it gets replaced...me and Al wouldnt have it any other way.

I think the T2 or T5 would look pretty good in Black/Yellow. Can't wait.

My base layers are designed to be worn close to the body to allow the SportWool to do its job so generally if you want a jersey with the same fit pick the same size at the base layer. For something more relaxed go a size up.

The short zip jerseys fit a little more closely than the long zip jerseys but if you need specific advice just email me on mail@torm.cc and I'll give you a recommendation.

Oh man, a Dutch influence wont be seen this year...sorry....we want to grow organically so we have to add colours slowly.
  • Got a T7 jersey today an it feels good quality, fits well and I really like the style and blue colour. I'll definitely be buying more :)

How does sizing compare to say Assos ? I am definitely an XL in Assos - is that L in the Torm?

I have the arm warmers and long sleeve jersey. Only comments are the stitching on the arm warmers is coming way after one winter, but they work well. The long sleeve is nice but the zip pockets are a bit small for anything usefull, mobile doesn't fit for example, and the zip bulges at the top. Is a small but maybe me. Sleeves are snug as well.

Is plenty warm enough though, this with a prendas base layer plus gillet is what I have had on most of the winter. Will probably look at getting something short sleeve.

Have you tried putting the mobile phone in upright and pulling the zip over it, the pockets are deeper than they are wide to fit a smartphone in?

My long zip jerseys in Large are around 21" arm pit to arm pit if that helps? I'm 5'11 with a 42" chest and the large is a race fit for me in most jerseys.

Any chance of doing gear for extra-tall cyclists with a longer torso and longer arms ? Usually when you're tall, you have to buy clothes which are too big around the chest as it is the only way of getting the extra length but that is not an ideal solution for cycling. The only places I know doing cycling clothes for the tall market are in the US such as Aerotech so a European-based supplier would be great. But maybe it's too small a market ...

Its not a very large market, Im surprised they are not available in the Netherlands, they are known for being taller than average...how tall is extra tall ?

Go for Gore or Craft, I am 6' 5" and find with a 40" chest with a long body and shortish legs and find both excellent.

Hopeful that the weather is going to improve soon, I've just taken delivery of Torm S/S jersey (T4), base layer and a pair of arm warmers. I'm really impressed with the quality of the items. I was very very close recently to picking up one of the latest edition Rapha Club jersey's but, with 2 young kids, I just couldnt justify the cost on a short-sleeve jersey (with only a half-zip).
I'm thrilled with the Torm products I've received, and look forward to ordering more in the future.
I'm a big Rapha fan; they do everything so well IMO, and my softshell jacket is my favourite item of clothing ever, but I do struggle to justify the cost based on my circumstances. Pleased there's a decent alternative out there that performs and looks good, without needing me to remortgage.

Keep up the good work Torm - I'll be back for more!
