Paint touch up
Hi,
I stripped down my bike yesterday and noticed a few scratches/scrapes from cables and bottles, as well as a few around the rear dropouts. As a few of them were actually down to the aluminium can any one recommend a suitable way of touching up these marks? I'm not expecting it to be perfect and I will probably cover the area with that transparent tape stuff to avoid it happening again but I really don't know where to start with the initial repair. Any ideas? Is it possible to get paint to match exactly?
Thanks
Rich

Very difficult if you do not know the paint codes. Even white has a variables.
Car touch up pens are handy but getting the colour match is hard work, if possible at all.Yellow is the new Black.0 -
Pop down the local trade car paint shop (the place where bodyshops go to buy their paint) - they'll match the existing paint perfectly and sell you a small bottle of the paint for abut 50p/£1.0
