Hey guys, I have a Merida Matts 40-D that's about 6 months old but now I'm getting a clicking noise if I pedal hard on the bike, it comes from where the pedals/front gear set is. Anyone have any thoughts on what it could be?

have you checked to see ive everythings tight, you could also take the pedals and cranks off, give them a clean and grease to see if that sorts it (after putting them back on of course)
    what are brakes for again

Pedals of and apply coppaslip to threads
    Check pedal bearings
With chain of check BB bearing by sping the crank and looking for play and rough running
Check tightness of chain ring bolts
Check Q/R skewers all kinds of sounds can come from these.
