Upgrading pedals

I currently use LOOK Keo Classics and have been looking to maybe upgrade to the Keo 2 Max. I've only ever used the Keo Classics so have no idea what benefits an upgrade will bring, if any. Is it just weight that's saved or are the pedals noticeably different when riding, the more expensive up the line you go?

Slightly lighter, better quality components therefore longer lasting and tighter build tolerances.
The question is will you notice any of the above when out riding? There's warp speed - then there's Storck Speed0 -
I've got Keo Easy's and Keo Max 2's and to be honest I can't tell the difference when clipping in or when riding, it's more of weight/aesthetics thing in my opinion.Road - http://www.bikeradar.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=40044&t=12777154&p=16943702#p16943702

Cheers both, thought that would probably be the case unless I was missing anything significant.0

You get a broader platform on the Max2 but whether you notice it is another thing entirely!
The Keo Blades do have a noticeably sharper click in though - I like those but I got them stupid cheap (£75 - would have been rude not to)!Faster than a tent.......0
