Hi folks.
Just got my bike back from a service, and one of the things they have done is replace the rear mech inner.
Can anyone tell me why they would do this?
What kind of symptoms would that issue have been causing pre-replacement?
Thanks

It being old. Could have been frayed. It should be the most changed thing on a bike really. £2 part and £5 labour, tenner at most all in all.
  • Oh, so it's just a term for the gear cable inner?
