Me and the wife went to Majorca last August really enjoyed it but a bit hot well into the 90s.
Any recomendations for somthing similar but not so hot. we stayed in Club pollensa which we liked and hired decent bikes from them.

Alas, if it is similar it is going to be hot. That is the nature of the beast.

I nearly booked a family holiday at club Pollensa last night!
Can I ask what you thought of it especially the food? I need to find somewhere that offers lots for Mrs B and the kids so I can ride my bike as much as possible.
I can recommend the Belvedere in Rimini' truly superb food and fab cycling and a similar price to Pollensa.

Club Pollensa is out on its own, buses run from outside to local resorts. Food is great just pick what you want from a huge range on offer. They have pools on site and a thin beach opposite but quiet.

Drive to France and stay on a nice campsite with a pool, temp's will be hot but slightly more bearable than you mention and you can do cycling galore! Here for example http://www.campinglescale.com/en/
