Has anyone had any use with this jacket,Altura Mayhem

Got some money burning a hole in my pocket and looking to buy a waterproof jacket.

I also looked at the Bontrager Event one bit over my budget of £100 but will stretch if its a better jacket.

    Think you'd be better off with something a bit more scorch resistant

    Altura ackets are pretty good I use them.

    if your looking for a good waterproof jacket try some of the outdoor shops too, Go Outdoors have some good deals on gore tex berghaus and mountain equipment jackets. and also cotswold outdoors. Also good as an all round waterproof and not just bike specific. Go outdoors have a berghaus gore tex from £230 down to £80!!

    As others have said search the outdoor shops especially now with the sales you will definately get something Goretex/eVent which is more breathable for that money but as for the jacket your thinking of from Wiggle it is a really good one a mate of mine has had his for 9 months and really rates it.

    Cheers guys.i bought the Altura Mayhem yesterday,went to Evans and tried it on to see what the cut was like and its pretty nice and bright Green,feels a good material so should do the job plus armpit vents....
