Cable rub

try ebay i got some heli tape 25mm by 1metre cost me about £2.99 with free postage cut it into size for area you want to protect peel backing off and apply to area warm it up with a hair dryer and should go on pretty well done this on the headset on my hoodoo to stop the rub worked for me.

I used one for a while (cut off a shock boot anyway). Works fine, but I took it off after each ride.
