on 25th oct on way to work i rode into back of parked van . dont know how or why.

broke spine at c7 t1 t2 so now officially paraplegic . have use of arms but weak may get some use of fingers back eventually. as you can see i can use technology but slow nd tiring at mo. it will improve.

will check in from time to time and there will be a blog when im stronger.

till then, ride strong, ride safe.

    I have enjoyed your contribution to the forum, and hope it might continue. Reading back it looks like your last past before this was
    New PB today and finally hit the 18mph average to work :)

    I'm very much liking my new bike :D

    We only met a few times on the road, which was odd given our routes overlapped so much, but for this to happen to such a sensible and friendly rider is shocking. I wish you all the best for the future, admire your strength and look forward to reading your blog.
