Is it worth getting the Titanium axle option?

When i bought my bike over a year ago i immediately fitted it with nano's with the basic axles and theyve proved themselves time and time again to be a fantastic purchase.
The thing is - some of that has come from the great price they came at for the performance.
I dont know how much your bike weighs in at but, unless you've exhausted your options, pedals arent the most effective or noticeable way to reduce weight, so id say the titanium axles fall into the same category as titanium wheel axles. If you can easily afford it then great stuff, but hardly, if any, difference will be felt in the real world.0 -

Pointless - they're not a hugely heavy pedal, but the ti axle doesn't make them weight weenie light.0

Just what I wanted to hear, I couldn't care less about shedding a few grams of weight as they'll be used on the cheapo bike I've got at the moment before going onto the AM/DH bike at Christmas.
