    No no no, add them all up and average it out: 99 + 00 + 01 + 02 + 03 + 04 + 05 = 116. 116/7* (*tests) = 16.75. Thats an extraordiabry low Haematocrit level for such a good cyclist, maybe he should have taken some and been well under the limit. Then could have... wait a minute...won the TDF ?!
