So installing a Sram pg80 cassette and wet for a 32tooth option intead of 34 .

It came with a black spacer but have no idea what im ment to do with it, as i have installed the cassette as standard but without spacer problem is the cassette is very wobbly/side to side motion.

I then tried instaling with spacer but unable to screw the finaly part of the casette onto the freehub due to the spacer.
any ideas why /whats going on?

look at the spacing between the cogs. you will see where it should be.

sometimes it can be a little hard to get locking screw on a cassette - bjust make sure it is clean and greased -push cassette down hard and get the locking nut to bite - sometimes it takes me a few goes - other than that no idea.

As above the larger cogs are attached to the spider and the smaller cogs are 'loose'

The spacer fits between the smallest cog on the spider and the largest loose cog.
