Best way to check seat height?

After a few months of riding I think it's time to check that the seat height is set correctly. What is the best way to ensure that the seat height is correct?

cant say from experience but theres loads of vids on utube going into great detail and its lot more involved than you,d think..

Thanks guys. I raised the saddle by a couple of inches until my leg was almost straight with the heel resting on the pedal, and the ride was a lot more comfortable. I've been riding with the saddle too low.0

I did my first set up in this way from this video and when for a proper bike fit I wasn't far offOne plays football, tennis or golf, one does not play at cycling0
