Genuine question, would they have shot him?
If I ran around a city with a gun or a knife or a chainsaw or any other 'tool' that could be used as a weapon I'd expect to be tasered or shot, in order to protect innocent people. So would they have seen this as 'bad driving' and just done the normal traffic stuff (surely the plan for this is they assume the driver is trying to get away rather than kill as many bystanders as possible) or as someone running amok with a deadly weapon and sent armed response officers after him?0
Absolutely brutal.
