Tubeless for 'loose' tyre bead ??

I recently changed front tyres and got an Onza Ibex FR 2.25 (120 tpi) and have not been able to get it to inflate for tubeless use.
I have American Classic MTB26 wheels and always managed to get other tyres on and inflated over the past 2 years - although some required inflating with a tube in first to seat the tyre-bead in place, then I removed the tube and managed to have one side of the bead stay put, meaning less air escapes when re-inflating so it has worked.
With this tyre, when I let the air out of the tube, BOTH beads release from the rim channels and despite using soapy water etc I cannot get it to inflate without the tube in...
Anyone know any other tricks for getting this done?
I was wondering about inflating it (with tube in) with some PVA type glue around the bead, to see if that would hold one side put to allow me to get the tube out and re-inflate tubeless, but wasn't sure if this would work....
I've emailed Onza and they say that they have used the 60tpi version tubeless without any issues and the loose bead is just a manufacturing variance, so I imagine it would be fine IF I can inflate it in the first place.
If it's not possible, then I'll just have to use it tubed until I replace it with something else - but if someone has a trick I can use :?: it's worth another try !

yup as above, Coke bottle compresser with the valve core removed on the wheel, 60-80psi in the bottle unkink the feed hose and Bingo, Seated tyres!

Thanks - I've tried a regular tyre compressor without joy ..... and no idea what a Coke bottle compressor is, or where to find one ... but will Google it now !
Hopefully I will get it to work as I'd rather run it tubeless if possible .....

2L coke bottle, 2 presta valves in the lid, one with valve core removed, clear hose (any plastic hhose) from the open valve to the wheel valve, that's it,
Remove valve core from wheel, push plastic tube over making sure of snug fit, kink the hose, (I use a pair of maul grips) pimp the bottle up to 60 psi ish, unkink the hose and a whooooosh followed by popping as it seats usually follows, may take a couple of goes, but a cheap great compresser!!
Valve core removal on the wheel is key though! My mayes tyre place compressor doesn't work well with the valve core in, spent ages faffing before without thinking about popping the core out, then seconds later All sorted!!!Timmo.

Bloody fantastic - I made one and it worked !!
I used a 2l drink bottle.
Drilled a 6mm hole in the bottom end and inserted a presta valve from a cut inner tube - to use as the end I attach the pump to. Where you screw on the tightening ring, I made a rubber 'washer' from a piece of inner tube with a tiny hole in the middle - so the tightening ring formed a better seal.
I inflated this with the lid on the bottle to ensure it reached sufficient pressure and 60psi was fine.
Then drilled a 6mm hole in the bottle cap (centrally) .... and inserted another valve in that end, this time with the valve core removed as this would be the 'exit' end.
I had the No Tubes sealant kit which has a short length of plastic tubing off the syringe for sealant to go through, so decided to cut this tube to use. It has a handy screw on piece the other end for attachment to the valve on the wheel! [valve core removed for now]
In order to fix the tubing to the bottle-cap valve [tubing was slightly too big] I wrapped some blu-tak around the valve outer thread and squeezed the tubing over that and then zip-tied it in place - so that was air tight.
I then tested it again by crimping the tube with a set of grips [using spare inner tube rubber to protect the tubing from the metal edged grips & create a nice tight seal].
Pumped up my bottle to 70psi fine.
The tyre had already been inflated for a while with a tube in, so having taken the tube out I lubricated the tyre beads with soapy water.
Then I simply attached my bottle to the wheel valve - inflated it to 70 psi - released the grip .... and 'wham' up it went.
Fantastic.
I let it sit for a while to allow the tyre to sit in the rim fully.
I then used my Stans syringe to inject sealant through the valve on the rim (core was already removed).
Put the valve core back in and pumped up with my track pump, which worked fine - didn't need the bottle that time, now the beads were in place.
Job done....

I find if you're quick with the valve core, you can get in back in the valve with about 15-20psi left in the tyre.0 -

Is a bit tight on the lid! Did try it with a 5L veg oil container but just didn't work!
I thought I was the only one who quicky gets the vallve in to save effort with the pump hahaha!

BigAirNig, is Very tight on the lid, trimmed off the excess from the tube valve to get them both in! Haha!
Btw. The nut on the tube is an old one that came In a Load of Old bits and bobs from an uncles garage, just happened to be a good fit on the valve And tube! Hehe! - hasn't fitted Anything else I've had mind! Hahaha!
70's penguin, if I can do it then Anyone can lol! Have spent the last 3 or 4 years with only hand drills as the powered ones broke due to hamfistedness!! That and hmmn, I'm a man, I Can fix it!! Mother I law gave me the drill in the background, its an Old black and decker, even came with the original 6ft power cord!! Bloody Brilliant thing! Love it!
