cant sign in, find original user name

Hi, my original user name is SHEM email flywithshem@ hotmail.com I cant seem to sign in though, and it says it cant find me, but then wont let me sign in with a new account because that name is taken? Any ideas on getting my old account back up or do I have to start from fresh?

    the reason is that SHEM was not your user name.

    and that Email was attached to yet another account.

    So which of your three accounts do you want to keep?
