which 10 speed chain do i go for for my Orange 224 build?
Are there major differences? do i need heavy duty?

Heavy duty only really applies to SS.
A SRAM cross step would be the toughest I can think of but not sure they do them in 10s.
Due to the fact that SRAM 10 quick links are 1 use, I'm with CD, and say KMC0 -
