Okay darksiders

As a true blooded roadie I need help.

I bought my son a Kona Blast which he has duly smashed up nicely, fair play to him he did a good job of himself whilst at it, but i digress.

I need help in getting parts to repair the bloody thing, the Chainset is mangled and bent and was thinking of changing it for one of these.....

is it suitable ?

also need a new front wheel so does anyone know of a nice bargain out there or could i get away with

It's a stock Kona Blast, which will gradually evolve as he smashes it up if that helps.

All help gratefully received .

Chainset is a great choice. Wheelset depends on brakes and forks.

If he's smashing it up, why not look at used parts, cheaper to keep replacing!

At least your son is sane. Better chat with your wife about the milkman's visits.

Bloody hell had to go back 22 pages to find this, I guess things break or need fettling quite often in the mtb world ,

Just a little post script to the original thread, the bike has been ready for sometime ! and finally tomorrow my son has his cast removed, been quite a few months !!!!!!!

Once again thanks for the help.
