north or south

hi everyone, theres 3 of us who are fairly competant riders and are looking at hiring a camper van for a week so we can drive either north or south dependant on good routes and trails, were from hull

we either thought head up to scotland borders and work back down through the lakes etc and try and ride every day in different places

or

head down south towards cornwall and work back up through south wales and catch trails on the way back up

we are looking at booking for middle of october so gives an idea on what weather may be like


any ideas would be great thanks
