Will this all work together?

Hi everyone, im trying to get my gearing as low as possible (for a loaded tour), currently 46/36 - 12-25. i have 105 shifters.

So here's the list.

    I have a feeling that the Shimano 10-speed MTB cassettes do not have the same sprocket spacing as road...perhaps someone could confirm/refute?

    ive heard that '9 speed' shimano mtb derailleurs will work with my 105 10speed brifters (something about cable pull), and that the new 10 speed mtb derailleurs dont work with the road brifters.
