fitting a new hydraulic brake hose - how easy is it?

Brakes are Formula Oro Bianco

Can anyone tell me how easy it is to change the hydraulic brake hose. I have bought a new Formula hose and the formula 2 syringe bleed kit but reading through the instructions I am a little confused, maybe it's the italian to English or maybe it's me. It this an easy job to do? The instructions show you how to drain but I want to replace the hose and fill.
Reading through the instructions I would do the following, can anyone confirm if my thoughts are right or wrong.

1) remove old hose and brake pads
2) fit new hose
3) push caliper pistons to fully open position and fix in place
4) attach syringe 1 (filled with fluid) to the calliper
5) attach syringe 2 to the brake lever (no fluid in)
6) fix brake lever in fully on position
7)push syringe 1 to force fluid into the new hose until fluid is forced all the way up the hose and into the brake lever
8) replace all nuts after removing syringes

    Just watch out for the small O rings.

    got some new O rings with the new hose so I'll check they're ok and replace if needed
    and this was supposed to be my 'cheaper' hobby
