just received a superstar plasma iscg 05 for fitting to my 456 evo, just a couple of points regarding the use of spacers,
the bb shell width is 73mm
now the chain device also came with a pile of washers, 3 for each bolt
now do these washers fit between the chain device and frame or is this supposed to fit flush with the iscg tabs on the frame?
also whats the score with the bb spacers, do i need to use any as there seems to be gaps if i dont or if i tighten the bb without the spacers the chainset seems to rub the chain device

    And the cranks are?

But as it is not bb mount the chain line is not effected so you do nothing to the bb as you don't touch it.

The spacers with the guide use them if you want or need to but you do not have to se them.
