Hello you crudfestless losers!

Got back to Leeds a couple of hours ago, thanks to Richie 63.

Had a fooking AWESOME weekend, thanks to everyone! Really good meeting up with you all. Sorry for slowling people down on the climbs and sorry for slowing people down on the descents. My bruise is a beautiful shade of purple and still nicely swollen, my wrist is still hruting, but I got down Inners without falling!

I'm back too. Knackered but it was well worth it. Thanks all for an excellent weekend, especially CWNT for organising and Richie for letting us smoke out his car! We'll have to do it again.

Amazing weekend!!

Got back home at 7:30pm after dropping the Cat at Liverscouse Docks for some Hooker action...

James & Ben - understand you had a long drive back, but you missed out!! The DH was superb - alright I admit that I only did Make or Break 4 times, but that was my comfort zone well & truly pushed - managed to improve throughout the runs and Strava tells me that I'm 53rd out of 283 people down the Cadonbank section.

Glad everyone (so far) is back in one piece, you'll need that hot bath Ritchie!! My eye's beginning to swell up and I'm starting to look like I've been battling with some of the finest from Caz & Andy's home town!! Have got away with it with the misses though, she expected me to be in a much worse state.

Looking forward to seeing the rest of the photos, especially the ones of us getting massive air, hitting the Gnar and being generally quite rad.

Yes Richie did an excellent getoff on make or brake near the top going otb on a double and ending up in a ditch with his head on sideways (didn't manage the full rotation so the dutch judge marked him down). Keith did a splendid dismount on some slippy boardwalk, and Mark managed a nice one on Spooky wood. In all 3 cases I was the one following.
Some say I was riding round with big sticks in my bag to throw in peoples wheels. All I know is that when we came to do the BBQ, we had no messtins.

We had ice-cream, and I had a phallic Calippo, which I didn't eat with a knife and fork, thus making me gay for a day, these 2 seemed very excited at that prospect:

Hey guys what a top weekend, big thanks to Cat for organising and paying for our accom and ritchie for providing michelin style cooking... the paella was fantastic and the brandy chocolate thing was out of this world.

Also cheers to Caz & Andy for their guiding skills and good humour... and to everybody else who eat & drank, rode in ditches and generally made it a legendary weekend... looking forwards to the next one already....heres to awesome riding with a great bunch of C.U.N.Ts - thats crudders united in new trails of course

Cheers guys top weekend and cheers to Cat for the accomadation; it was superb and BEn for getting us up and back safely.

Echo Ben, was gutted we couldn't do the uplift day but i for one was on my knees before Sunday and I think the uplift day would have finished me off! Next time..

Just got in my car to get a sarnie for lunch and it stinks of woodsmoke and there's also a faint aroma of melted plastic tarpaulin...

I can't (or don't want to) imagine what Ritchie's Disco is like inside - his poor family when they have to drive to Morzine in it next week

Update on the injuries: The nurse (not worth a photo sadly) thinks I've just jarred my wrist, which may have bruised the nerve in my hand, but it should be better within 6 weeks. The bruise, well, even she was impressed by it, it covers half of my forearm now and is still swollen

Ritchie's Disco didn't smell too bad really. Every now and then there was the faint smell of a BBQ. Mmmmm
