deore brakes bleed

hi all got new set deore brakes m596 had to shortn hoses miles to long.

can any one tell me if i need one of these.
and will it work with the m596

    I don't think so - for yours you should just need a syringe or squeezy bottle and a bit of tube.

    ok wont is the best way to bleed them they have ableed screw on the lever

    Huh?

    If you want to know the best way to bleed them, read through the instructions that came with them.
    If you don't have that, go to Shimano's website and check out the relevant PDF.

    Yes get this, u will find it a hundred times easier to bleed as you get the most air out when you tip the lever forward and backward, not easy to do without creating the remote reservoir with that tool. My experience anyway.
