So,

Im currently running a 3x9 set up on my On-One Whippet race bike...I've just bought a TITUS X Carbon frame and ordered a 2x10 set up but I'm in a bit of a dilema over which set up to put on which frame???

Opinions?

Because one has to go on one and the other has to go on the other so I was just looking for other opinions on which

What are the ratios on each part? Do you envisage being faster on the Whippet?

Put the newest stuff on the newest bike as you will use it more. So 2x10 on the carbon frame. I think you'll use the new bike more so use the new stuff with it and the other bike for mud or eBay it and buy more bits n bobs.

40-28/11-36 for the double and 44-32-22/11-34 on the triple

I intend on using the Whippet for short distance (circa 1 hour) XC races and the Titus for more 'everyday' and longer XC races/enduros
  • 3x9 on the Titus. 2x10 on the Whippet :D.

    Thanks.
