I am planning on doing the shorter 100km distance and have generally heard good reports on this event. The web site however claims only 700m of climbing for the 100k....Knowing some of the area and having done a few other sportives in different parts of the country that seems a very low estiamte? A flat course near the Fens I did last autumn was rated at 675m... Has anyone done this route who could report / verify on what to expect please?
