machylleth routes and camping

HI I am off to Machylleth for the first time mountain biking, any recommendations for routes, reddish level with good scenery. and whats the best campsite to base myself in?

  Not ridden the trails yet but I have a caravan in borth and plan on giving them a go over the summer. You could also try Nant Yr Arian about 15 miles away.
