any good down.hill.trails in llantrisant area

Hi i was wondering if there are any more good down hill trails around the llantrisant pontyclun area or not to far a distance any help will be much apreciated thnx
chris i have ben to the one in talbotgreen forestry and love it just wondering if there are any more around

    yeah loads in llantrisant woods mate.

    check out www.halfwayupmtb.com

    a couple of the lads are from that area i think, or at least ride there quite regulary :D
