FSA SL-240 seatpost

Hi guys, Just wonder if anyone can help me out with this.
I'm currently running a 400mm seatpost and wanting to change it to a FSA SL-240 post which is only 350mm.
Just wanting to know how much of the post I need to insert into my frame for it to be safe.
Can't find anything on the net what tells me that info so was hoping someone on here who owns one could tell me.

Also check the frame as some also give a required min insertion depth."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
